From July 9 2021, in keeping with new government requirements, when visiting a branch you will be required to check-in using the Check-In Qld QR Code App. If you do not have a mobile phone, our staff will be able to assist you. These measures are mandatory and we thank you for your cooperation.
If you are unable to visit a branch, our Customer Hub is open Monday to Friday from 7am to 7pm AEST and is available to assist you with your banking needs on +447451271803. You can also bank securely using Sterling Trust bank’s internet banking and mobile banking app. You can check your account balance, pay bills and transfer funds at anytime from anywhere.
